HONG KONG SHIPPING

- Free local shipping via SF Express is available for purchases of HKD$1,000 or above (residential or commercial address, or any SF stations/SF related pick up points).

- Of course, delivery service is also available for purchases below HKD$1,000. Courier charges (approximately HK$30 up) will be settled by the customer, on delivery. Actual amount will be subject to the total weight and location. 

- Delivery lead time: 5-7 working days, upon order confirmation, excluding bank holidays and public holidays.

- All orders are delivered during the week. No delivery service is available on Saturday, Sunday or public holidays. 

- All orders are shipped via SF Express; and customers are NOT offered to choose which carrier for delivery.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

Overseas customers are always welcome.

The cost of International Express delivery service is determined by the weight of the items ordered.

You will receive your order tracking link through e-mail once the order has been shipped.

TAXES & DUTIES 

All applicable custom fees, taxes and duties are the sole responsibility of the customer. Custom authorities require that we state the value of your order directly on your package.  It is at the sole discretion of custom agents to release your package.  Note, in rare occasions custom agents may delay delivery of some packages.
