- Once the order is placed, it is considered a confirmation from the customer. There shall be no alterations to the order, and no returns will be arranged. If you are not sure about the sizes, don’t worry, you may simply refer to the full product descriptions or contact us. 

- Out of our courtesy, exchange for a different size could be arranged, subject to the availability of the product. Please note that courier charges are on the customer’s expense, and please kindly notify us within 3 days from the date you received your order. 

- In case of any defects or incorrect items sent, please kindly notify us within 3 days from the date you received your order. Products of the same style and size will be provided subject to the availability of the product; and courier charges (both ways) will be covered by iNDIPANDANT.

- Return items for exchange must be in original and good conditions, and by using registered and traceable services when returning your package.

- Sales items are not eligible for return or exchange.

- We regret that no refunds, under no circumstances, would be arranged. Upon inspection and approval, Exchange or Store Credit will be provided.  Returns are issued in the form of store credit only - no cash refunds.

- Colour aberration might occur due to different factors, such as individual computer monitors and lighting. Sizes are all measured by human, and there might be a slight discrepancy of 1-2cm.

- Upon dispute, iNDIPANDANT reserves the right to make the final decision on all return cases.
